Ryan is a small business owner and operator. He understands the struggles small businesses face in the day to day operations. He will work to streamline city departments and help cut through all the red tape at City Hall.

Ryan wants to ensure the everyone of the residents of the south end have equal response times to Fire and EMS services. He will work to ensure that manpower and resources are properly distributed.
